# AI Video Signal V23 — Profitability Ranking Operating Plan

## Objective
Turn real Awin-approved economics into page-level and merchant-level allocation recommendations without confusing opportunity, clicks or pending commission with realized revenue.

## Required inputs
1. Mature Cloudflare click history: two complete comparison periods.
2. Awin transaction export covering the full current click period.
3. Unique clickref attribution from V15+.
4. Transaction currency. Mixed/unknown currency groups are not economically ranked.

## Revenue basis
- Approved commission only.
- Pending commission is shown but never treated as earned revenue.
- EPC = approved commission / current-period clicks.
- CVR = approved transactions / current-period clicks.
- Currency ranks are separate; EUR, GBP, USD, etc. are never summed into one total.

## Page actions
- Increase internal links: proven economics (>=2 approvals + positive EPC) and <17 internal inlinks.
- Acquire more traffic: proven economics but <15 current clicks after other guardrails.
- Increase CTA exposure: proven economics with <=2 attributed Awin CTAs.
- Protect winner: proven economics with sufficient traffic/authority.
- Recover traffic: approved economics exist but click trend is declining or lost.
- Improve CTA / offer: >=20 current clicks with zero approved/pending.
- Pause scaling: >=60 current clicks with zero approved/pending; verify attribution/validation lag first.

## Merchant actions
V23 realized merchant economics currently applies to Awin advertisers because the transaction import is Awin-based. Aggregate the same evidence by merchant and currency to decide whether to scale coverage, acquire more traffic, recover declining traffic, fix placements or hold.

## Guardrails
- V23 generates recommendations only. It does not change internal links, CTA placement, merchant URLs or budgets automatically.
- A recommendation becomes operational only after reviewing Awin validation lag and transaction completeness.
- Do not compare commission amounts across currencies without an explicit FX normalization process.
