Refund Policy
Effective date: September 19, 2026.
This policy applies to digital products and fixed-scope services expressly sold directly by AI Video Signal, including the AI Video Stack & Cost Audit. Purchases of third-party software reached through editorial or affiliate links remain subject to the third party's own refund and cancellation rules.
Digital delivery
AI Video Signal digital products are normally made available for download after the payment processor confirms payment. No physical item is shipped.
Fixed-scope audit service
The AI Video Stack & Cost Audit is a one-time professional service, not a subscription. The $149 pilot covers one organization or project, up to eight current tools, one primary workflow stack and one written audit. Work begins after confirmed payment and receipt of the required intake information. The target delivery time is 3 business days after the required intake is received. The service does not guarantee a specific saving, ranking, revenue result or performance improvement.
Consumer and statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where applicable law provides a withdrawal or cancellation right for digital content or services, those mandatory rights continue to apply. For digital content, checkout may ask for express consent to immediate delivery and an acknowledgement that beginning supply can affect that right where the law permits. For the audit service, contact us promptly if you want to cancel before work is completed so the request can be assessed against the work already performed, the agreed scope and applicable mandatory law.
When to contact us
If you are charged but cannot access purchased files, receive materially corrupted files, receive the wrong product, believe a duplicate charge occurred, cannot submit the audit intake, or believe the paid audit scope does not match the service description, contact us through the contact page with enough information to locate the payment. Do not send full card details.
Refund review
Refund requests are reviewed against the purchase record, delivery or service status, the agreed scope, these Terms and applicable mandatory law. For digital products, we do not promise a refund merely because a buyer no longer wants successfully delivered content where the law permits otherwise. For the audit service, the review also considers whether work has started, how much of the fixed scope has been performed and whether the written audit has already been delivered. This does not limit mandatory consumer remedies.
Payment processor and access after refunds or disputes
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when supported by the payment processor. Processing times after approval can depend on Stripe, the card network and the buyer's bank. Digital download authorization is re-checked against Stripe; a successful refund or an active payment dispute can revoke further download access for the affected order. For the audit service, a refund or active dispute can pause or stop further work while the payment status is resolved.
Order confirmation and service next steps
For direct digital-product purchases, the success page provides the available order-confirmation record and download flow. For the AI Video Stack & Cost Audit, Stripe redirects a completed checkout to a dedicated next-steps page where the payment can be verified, the client can send or copy the required intake checklist, and a service order confirmation can be downloaded after verification. Keep your Stripe receipt for your records.
