Terms of Service
Effective date: September 19, 2026.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of AI Video Signal at aivideosignal.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About AI Video Signal
AI Video Signal is an independent editorial and research website focused on AI video, AI voice and content-production software. We publish reviews, comparisons, pricing research, buyer guides, calculators, datasets and related editorial resources.
AI Video Signal is not the manufacturer, seller, payment processor or reseller of the third-party software discussed on the Site unless a page expressly states otherwise.
2. Editorial and informational purpose
The Site is provided for general informational and editorial purposes. Content is not legal, financial, tax, accounting or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating whether a product, plan, license or workflow is appropriate for your own circumstances.
Our editorial methodology, evidence standards and correction process are described in How We Review AI Tools and our Sources & Corrections Policy.
3. Pricing, product features and volatile information
Software pricing, plan names, credit systems, usage limits, discounts, refund rules, commercial-use rights and product features can change without notice. We aim to keep material information accurate and source it carefully, but we do not guarantee that every third-party price, feature or policy will remain current at all times.
Before purchasing, subscribing, cancelling, relying on a license term or making another material decision, confirm the current terms directly with the relevant provider. Calculators, normalized comparisons and estimates on the Site are decision aids, not provider-issued quotes or billing statements.
4. Affiliate links and commercial relationships
Some outbound links are affiliate links. If you follow one of those links and complete a qualifying purchase or subscription, AI Video Signal may receive a commission from the provider or affiliate network. Affiliate relationships do not determine our rankings, scoring or editorial conclusions.
Current relationships and our marking practices are described in the Affiliate Disclosure. A third-party affiliate network or provider may apply its own tracking, privacy and attribution rules.
5. Third-party websites, products and transactions
The Site links to third-party websites and services that we do not control. Your purchase, subscription, refund request, cancellation, account, data processing and use of a third-party product are governed by the provider’s own terms, privacy policy and commercial conditions.
We are not responsible for the availability, security, content, billing decisions, support practices or performance of third-party services. A link does not constitute a guarantee or warranty of that service.
5A. Digital products sold directly by AI Video Signal
Where a product page expressly identifies a digital product as sold by AI Video Signal, that transaction is a direct sale of digital content by AI Video Signal rather than a third-party affiliate transaction. The product page and Stripe Checkout show the price and the specific content included in the order.
Digital products are delivered electronically after confirmed payment. Access may be provided through a payment-confirmed download page. Buyers must not share, publish, resell or redistribute the original downloadable files except to the extent an included product license expressly permits a use.
For the AI Video Creator Launch Kit 2026, the included license permits the buyer to use and adapt the templates for their own content and client-service work, but not to resell or redistribute the original kit, its source files or a substantially identical competing template pack.
Where mandatory consumer law provides a withdrawal right for digital content, checkout may request express consent to begin digital supply immediately and acknowledgement that starting supply can affect that withdrawal right where legally permitted. Nothing in these Terms limits remedies for faulty or non-conforming digital content or any other mandatory right that cannot be waived.
Refund handling for products sold directly by AI Video Signal is described in our Refund Policy. Digital products are tools and educational resources; they do not guarantee revenue, sales, audience growth or any other business outcome.
5B. Fixed-scope services sold directly by AI Video Signal
Where a service page expressly identifies AI Video Signal as the seller, the transaction is a direct purchase of that service. The AI Video Stack & Cost Audit is currently offered as a one-time USD 149 fixed-scope pilot and is not a subscription. The live Stripe checkout requires the purchaser to accept these Terms before the payment can be completed.
The pilot covers one organization or project, up to eight current AI video, editing, voice, avatar, dubbing or repurposing tools, one primary workflow stack and one written audit. Larger multi-department, procurement, security-review, implementation or ongoing-consulting work is outside the pilot unless separately agreed in writing.
Work begins after confirmed payment and receipt of the required intake information. The client is responsible for supplying accurate tool names, plan names, approximate spend, workflow context and the bottleneck or goal to be assessed. Passwords, full payment-card details and unnecessary sensitive customer data are not required.
The target delivery time is 3 business days after the required intake information is received. This is a delivery target rather than a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. If clarification is required because the intake is incomplete or materially inconsistent, the delivery target may depend on receiving the missing information.
The written audit is operational research and a decision aid. It can include cost baselines, overlap analysis, keep / consolidate / test recommendations, commercial-use flags and a 30-day action plan. It is not legal, tax, accounting, regulated financial, cybersecurity or procurement advice. AI Video Signal does not guarantee a specific saving, ranking, revenue result, conversion rate, legal outcome or performance improvement.
Refund and cancellation handling for directly sold services is described in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
6. Intellectual property and permitted use
Unless otherwise stated, the Site’s original text, design, organization, branding, graphics, research presentation and other original materials are owned by or licensed to AI Video Signal and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may access, read, link to and quote limited portions of Site content for lawful personal, editorial, educational or research purposes with appropriate attribution where required. You may not reproduce substantial parts of the Site, republish entire articles, remove attribution or notices, misrepresent our work as your own, or use the Site in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights.
Specific downloadable datasets, widgets or research resources may have separate license terms. Where a separate license is provided, that license controls for that resource.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site or interfere with its normal operation. Prohibited conduct includes attempting unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, abusing endpoints, circumventing technical controls, or using automated systems in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on the Site. Normal search-engine crawling and ordinary accessibility tools are not prohibited by this clause.
8. Privacy
Our handling of site-level data, affiliate referral tracking, digital-product checkout information and related privacy matters is described in the Privacy Policy. Payment processors, third-party providers and affiliate networks also operate under their own privacy policies.
9. Corrections and user feedback
We welcome factual corrections supported by current primary documentation. Submitting a correction, suggestion or other feedback does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing material to AI Video Signal, but you grant us permission to review, verify and use the factual information you provide for the purpose of correcting or improving the Site.
10. Site availability and changes
We may add, modify, suspend or remove Site content, tools or features at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, and we may perform maintenance, security changes or technical updates without prior notice.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly required by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty, consumer protection or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Video Signal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or similar losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Site or a third-party service linked from it. This includes losses caused by changes in third-party pricing, plans, availability, licensing, refunds or product behavior.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
13. Governing rules and mandatory rights
These Terms are subject to applicable law and to any mandatory consumer or statutory rights that cannot be waived by contract. If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Site, our services, legal requirements or business practices change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Continued use of the Site after an update means the revised Terms apply from their effective date, subject to applicable law.
15. Seller identity and contact
For direct digital-product and service sales, the legal seller identity, postal address, telephone, tax identifier and commercial contact email are published on our Seller & Legal Information page. Spanish pre-contract information for direct purchases is available at Información precontractual. General editorial and support enquiries may also use the Contact page.
16. Order confirmation
For a verified direct digital-product purchase, the fulfillment page provides a downloadable order confirmation recording the product, payment reference, amount, seller details, Terms/Refund links and the server-recorded digital-content consent version and timestamp. For the AI Video Stack & Cost Audit, the verified post-payment page provides a downloadable service order confirmation recording the service, payment reference, amount, fixed scope, seller details and contractual links. Keep the applicable confirmation together with your Stripe receipt.
