Current headline pricing: Creatify’s primary pricing page lists Free at $0, Starter at $39/month with 100 credits, Pro at $99/month with 300 credits and Enterprise at custom pricing. The page advertises annual savings, but the exact annualized checkout can vary; verify the live billing screen before paying.

What you actually get on Free, Starter and Pro

Free: useful for validating the workflow, not clean production exports

The Free plan is the lowest-risk way to see whether Creatify’s product-ad workflow fits your catalog. The primary pricing page states 10 monthly credits and says that can create up to two video ads or twenty image ads. Free exports include a watermark.

That is enough to test URL-to-video structure, scripts, actor selection and basic creative direction. It is not a realistic production tier if you need watermark-free ad assets or repeated iteration.

Starter: the first practical paid tier

Starter is currently listed at $39/month with 100 credits/month. It removes the watermark, includes all creation tools, exposes 300 realistic AI actors, 200+ AdFlow templates, 50+ premium models and 75+ languages. The current comparison table lists video duration up to two minutes, one generation at a time, one seat and 5GB of Smart Assets.

Starter is the cleanest fit when one creator or ecommerce operator needs repeatable product ads but does not need team workflows, large actor/model libraries or high parallel generation.

Pro: more throughput, actors and campaign tooling

Pro is currently listed at $99/month with 300 credits/month as the base allowance. Creatify also shows higher Pro credit options. The plan expands the actor library to 1,500, includes three custom avatars, 500+ templates, 100+ premium models and up to five generations in parallel.

Pro also adds higher-level marketing workflow features such as the Competitor Ad Tracker, Performance Agent/automations, Ad Clone, expanded brand spaces and team collaboration. For a team running many ad variants, these workflow differences can matter more than the raw credit count.

Creatify credit economics

Plan price alone is not enough because Creatify meters different tools differently. Its credit-usage documentation checked September 22, 2026 lists these rules:

  • Video Ad, Avatar Video and AI Shorts: 5 credits per 15 seconds, rounded up.
  • Revisions: 3 credits per 15 seconds, rounded up.
  • Pro and higher revisions: free when you do not change the script, avatar or voice.
  • Product Video images: 1 credit per generated image.
  • Product Video with Aurora: 5 credits per 15 seconds.
  • Product Video with Google Veo 3: flat 10 credits, maximum 8 seconds.
  • Agent / AdFlow / Ad Clone: the central credit-usage article describes these advanced tools as variable-cost workflows whose total cannot always be known upfront.

How many videos do 100 or 300 credits buy?

For the standard 5-credits-per-15-seconds tools, the arithmetic is straightforward before revisions:

AllowanceTheoretical standard 15s rendersWhat changes the result
10 creditsUp to 2Free-plan access, watermark, revisions, other tools
100 creditsUp to 20Revisions, longer videos, premium workflows
300 creditsUp to 60Parallel production, revisions, advanced agents/models

These are theoretical maximums for standard 15-second renders only. AdFlow, Agent, Ad Clone, Product Video models and repeated revisions can change the actual output materially.

At the documented 10-credit Veo 3 rate, 100 credits could fund ten qualifying Veo 3 renders and 300 credits thirty, if your plan and current product access permit that model and if you spend the allowance on nothing else.

When does Pro become economically better than Starter?

Starter costs $39 for 100 credits; Pro costs $99 for 300 base credits. Dividing the headline monthly price by the base credits gives a simple plan-level reference of roughly $0.39 per Starter credit versus $0.33 per Pro credit. That is not the same as cost per usable ad because the plans include different features and revision rules.

Pro becomes more compelling when one or more of these are true: you need multiple parallel generations, custom avatars, the broader actor/model library, campaign/competitor tooling, team seats, longer video duration, or enough unchanged-script revisions that the Pro revision rule saves material credits.

Important pricing conflicts inside Creatify’s own pages

Creatify currently publishes inconsistent numbers across its own site. The primary /pricing page shows Starter at $39/month and Pro at $99/month, while at least one secondary feature page still surfaces $19 Starter and $49 Pro. Because plan pricing changes and promotional components can persist on secondary pages, this guide uses the primary pricing page as the default reference and recommends checking the live checkout before purchase.

The help center also has an internal free-credit inconsistency: the pricing page and FAQ describe a 10-credit free plan, while another FAQ line says the free plan receives 5 credits every month. Treat the live account allowance and primary pricing page as authority until Creatify reconciles that documentation.

There is also a credit-rule discrepancy around Ad Clone: the central August 2026 credit article groups Ad Clone with variable-cost advanced tools, while a newer FAQ states a fixed per-second rule. For budgeting, use the cost displayed inside the current tool before rendering.

Starter vs Pro: decision framework

  • Stay Free if you are validating the workflow and can tolerate watermarks.
  • Choose Starter if you are a solo creator/store owner producing a moderate number of watermark-free ads.
  • Choose Pro when throughput, custom avatars, actor/model breadth, team workflows or campaign tooling are the bottleneck.
  • Talk to Enterprise when you need custom limits, white-label support, dedicated support/security terms, or API volume-based arrangements.
