Sources & Corrections Policy
How AI Video Signal verifies official sources, handles volatile product information, labels testing evidence and corrects material errors.
This policy explains how AI Video Signal selects sources, handles time-sensitive facts and corrects material errors. The goal is simple: a buyer should be able to distinguish verified information from vendor claims and editorial judgment.
Source hierarchy

Volatile information
AI video pricing, credits, model access and licensing terms can change quickly. A dated “last reviewed” line means the page was checked against the evidence available at that point; it is not a promise that the provider will keep the same terms. Readers should confirm current checkout and legal terms before a purchase that depends on a specific condition.
Corrections
When a material error is identified, we correct the affected page rather than preserving a known error for consistency. Significant pricing or product changes may also be recorded in the AI Video Pricing & Product Change Log.
- Factual correction: replace the incorrect claim with the best available evidence.
- Ambiguous evidence: state the uncertainty instead of presenting a precise answer that the source does not support.
- Vendor conflict: note when official pages disagree and avoid choosing a favorable number without support.
- Affiliate change: remove or downgrade tracking status when a relationship is no longer verifiable.
Testing language
We do not write “we tested,” “we measured” or similar first-hand language unless the evidence supports that statement. Desk research and official-source verification are described as such.
Report a problem
If you find an outdated price, broken source, incorrect policy summary or other material issue, use the contact page and include the affected URL plus the source that supports the correction.
