Can you use FlexClip Free commercially?
FlexClip's commercial-use policy updated July 2, 2026 says free users are not allowed to use stock resources and generated content for commercial use. Paid editor subscriptions and purchased AI credits receive broader permissions, but the exact scope differs.
When should you upgrade?
Upgrade when one of these is true: you need 1080p or 4K, you need more stock resources per project, you need paid commercial-use permissions, or your actual AI usage exceeds the trial allowance.
Free-plan verdict
Use Free as a workflow test, not as proof that your final production economics are solved. Build one representative video, record the constraints, then choose Plus or Business only if those constraints justify the spend.
