FlexClip Refund Policy 2026: 7-Day Rule & AI Credits
What FlexClip currently publishes about refunds, renewals and cancellation — including the crucial difference between Video Editor subscriptions and AI-credit products.

Quick answer: FlexClip's current Help Center says first payments for Plus, Business or Team video-editor subscriptions may be eligible for a refund when the request is made within 7 days and it is the first payment of the current subscription period. Renewal payments are not eligible under that rule. AI-credit packages and AI-credit subscriptions are currently described as non-refundable digital products.

Canceling is not the same as requesting a refund
FlexClip explicitly separates the two actions. Canceling stops the next renewal but does not automatically return money already paid. If you believe a qualifying first editor-plan payment should be refunded, you need to contact support and request it.
How cancellation works
For Plus, Business and Team subscriptions, FlexClip says cancellation is available from My Account → Billing on a computer. Premium features remain available until the current paid period expires. AI Credits subscriptions have a similar cancellation flow and also require a computer.
Why a cancellation button may be missing
FlexClip lists several causes: you may be on the Free plan, you may be logged into the wrong account, the purchase may be a one-time non-renewing plan, automatic renewals may not be supported for the payment method/region, or you may be trying to manage the subscription on mobile.
Buyer risk to understand before paying
The most important distinction is between Video Editor plans and AI-credit products. The published 7-day first-payment refund route applies to the editor subscriptions described above; FlexClip's AI-credit refund article says AI-credit purchases are non-refundable.
